Ilonka Foods specialises in supplying wholesale pre cooked vacuum sealed meats. Ilonka Foods uses the Sous Vide cooking method, which ensures perfect results every time. The Sous Vide method works by vacuum sealing meats with a plethora of herbs and spices, which is then slow cooked in boiling water. This Method ensures all the nutrients and liquids are locked in and that the meat is always tender and juicy. Furthermore the meat has a much longer shelf life as it is fully pasturised and it has virtually no oxygen in the packaging.
